Thrive

A keyword and card mechanic that boosts a unit when units with higher card power are played.

Thrive is a keyword unique to the Monsters faction. Units with the Thrive keyword will boost their card strength by 1 every time a unit with a higher card strength is played on the player’s side of the board for as long as they stay on the board. Note: The Thrive mechanic triggers after Deploy. This means that if a Deploy ability boosts a unit’s card power, it will count as stronger for the sake of Thrive units.
