Melee

A keyword that specifies a unit's ability can only be used on the Melee row.

The Melee keyword is often attached to an ability on a unit. This ability will only proc if the unit is played onto the Melee row of the player’s board, regardless of whether it is an active or passive ability. A card may have two different abilities, one that procs on the Melee row and one that procs on the Ranged row.
